What to include in a report
- Your platform and version: macOS or Windows, and the app version from the About screen (2.1.10 at the time of writing).
- The database engine and, for Supabase, the connection mode (direct, session pooler or transaction pooler).
- What you did, what you expected, and the exact error text.
Never send passwords, connection strings with passwords, licence keys, or rows from your database. A schema (table and column names) is usually enough; if data is needed to reproduce a problem, invent some.
Known limitations
- MongoDB is available on macOS only. The Windows build does not include it yet.
- EXPLAIN and EXPLAIN ANALYZE are macOS only for now.
- Supabase direct connections normally need IPv6 unless the project has the IPv4 add-on. On an IPv4-only network use the session pooler; see the guide.
